We are delighted to announce the launch of our Heli-Box campaign, this year’s Reuseabox fundraising-venture, in support of our incredible charity partner for 2026, Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA). From the 1^st June to 31^st December 2026, for every house moving pack sold, £1 will go straight towards the life-saving work undertaken at LNAA.

But why Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance? You may ask. And why house moving packs?

Did you know that almost all air ambulances in the UK are entirely charity funded?

The exception being only in Scotland, who operate 2 NHS-funded helicopters. Every mission flown by LNAA, and there are many, is made possible by public generosity alone. The charity receives no government or NHS funding whatsoever. This means every penny raised by campaigns like ours goes directly towards keeping their service operational.

LNAA provide a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) that brings the equivalent of an emergency department, directly to the scene of some of the most serious incidents across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire (sometimes beyond). Their highly skilled paramedics and pilots carry out advanced procedures on site, including delivering anaesthetics, emergency blood transfusions and advanced pain relief, interventions that are usually only possible inside a hospital. This is care that doesn’t wait for the patient to arrive to a hospital; it arrives with the LNAA crew.

The service covers 3,500 square miles of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In 2025, LNAA attended an average of 5 missions per day. Whether beachside, roadside or deep in the countryside, their crew respond to the most serious emergencies when every second counts. And when the helicopter can’t land, in built-up areas, or during poor weather, LNAA’s critical care cars deploy instead, carrying life-saving equipment and a specialist crew.

Why we chose LNAA

Our partnership with Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance isn’t incidental. Reuseabox HQ is based in the East Midlands, and LNAA serves the communities on our doorstep. When we looked for a 2026 charity partner, we wanted one whose work was local, urgent, and entirely dependent on the kind of community support that businesses like ours can provide, and our whole team agreed, voting for LNAA as our charity partner of 2026.

Their values, showing up fast, delivering the best possible care, and making a difference, align closely with our own. We believe in doing something genuinely useful, and in 2026, that means helping keep LNAA’s helicopter in the air, their critical care cars on the road, and saving up for a new (bigger, even better equipped) helicopter.

Why house moving packs?

Moving house is one of the most universally stressful life events there is. It’s also one of the most common, and one where people are already thinking carefully about costs, logistics, and what they’re spending their money on.

We wanted the Heli-Box campaign to feel tangibly useful, not just a badge on a product.
