Warehouse Team Leader / Reuse Technician

• Salary: Up to £32,760 per annum + monthly profit share bonus (depending on experience)
• Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln.

Our HQ is just a short walk from Hykeham train station, so ideal if you live in Lincoln, North Hykeham or Newark, and if you drive an electric car we have chargers onsite.

Full Time – 45 hours a week

The Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily activities of the Reuse warehouse team, ensuring productivity, quality and safety targets are achieved.
• Supervise, coach and develop team members, providing training, guidance and regular feedback.
• Allocate daily workloads and ensure resources are used effectively to meet operational priorities.
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or collection.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance FLTs.
• Receive, inspect, process and rework stock before putting it into storage.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure reused products meet Reuseabox standards.
• Promote and maintain excellent housekeeping and a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and quality.
• Work closely with the Factory Manager and wider Operations team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Lead by example, demonstrating Reuseabox values in everything you do.

Experience & Skills

• Current Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
• Previous experience working within a busy warehouse or logistics environment.
• Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a warehouse team.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Health & Safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using warehouse systems and completing operational paperwork where required.
