We supply a range of double wall and triple wall pallet boxes that can support weights of up to 1000kgs. We even provide five wall pallet boxes, featuring a strong double wall with an inner triple wall sleeve; ideal for customers who feel their products need that extra support.

Our heavy duty pallet boxes are supplied in 2 designs;

Standard 0201 design:consists of four flaps on the bottom with a lid on top; great for very heavy, irregular shaped products such as e-waste or automotive parts. As the sides and base are connected there is little chance of the pallet box buckling under extreme weight.

Cap and Sleeve design: ideal for packing smaller items such as smaller boxes or bottles; products are packed onto the bottom cap and the sleeve is fitted around the products and secured with a lid on top. The pallet box can then be secured with pallet strapping.

We supply heavy duty pallet boxes in Standard size: 1200 x 1000 x 1000mm or Euro size: 1200 x 800 x 800mm, to fit the corresponding pallets. Alternatively bespoke sizes can be sourced.
