    Frequently asked questions

    Q. Why does my octabin contain a probe hole?

    A. Some used octabins contain a small opening at the bottom of the box. This is due to the boxes previously containing a product which needed the content emptying out e.g. plastic granules. This can easily be taped up.

    Q. Do these boxes include wooden pallets?

    A. These boxes are not supplied with wooden pallets. You can buy Standard Pallets to go with your order.
