    Q. How do I pack my products in a cap and sleeve pallet box?

    A. Construct the base by folding the sides together. Place on a wooden pallet. If packing smaller or heavier items, load onto the base before slotting the sleeve into the base and around the products. Finally construct the lid in the same way as the base and place on top. Secure the box to the pallet with Strapping.
