    Frequently asked questions

    Q. What size is this box?

    A. This box measures 610 x 360 x 360mm (L x W x H). It also features variable height score lines, so you can cut it down to a shorter height if a smaller box better suits what you're shipping.

    Q. What is a 'new surplus' cardboard box?

    A. The term 'new surplus' means the boxes have been rescued from the waste stream despite never having been used. New boxes are often discarded due to changes in production line, overruns or mis-prints. Luckily Reuseabox is able to rescue these boxes and put them back into the supply chain for a second use. This means you get brand new boxes at a fraction of their usual price. Find out more about Cardboard Box Reuse.

    Q. Is this box in good condition?

    A. Yes, as new surplus stock these boxes are unused, though they may have minor cosmetic marks from storage or transit. They haven't been used for shipping before.

    We recommend this box for:

    •  General shipping requirements where a sturdy double wall box is needed
    • Businesses shipping bulkier or heavier items that need extra protection
    • Anyone who wants the flexibility to adjust box height depending on what's going inside
